3. Tax Services
Spiritax offers personalized tax strategy assistance. All requests for adjustments or cancellations must be submitted in writing via our contact form.
3.1 Cancellation and Transfer
- Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date qualify for a full fee return.
- Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee return.
- Requests to transfer service dates may be accommodated once, subject to availability.
- Services that commence as planned are not eligible for fee return after commencement.
4. Digital Courses
Our online learning modules provide instructional content on tax topics. Access details are delivered via email after enrollment.
4.1 Refund Conditions
- Full return of fees is available within 14 days of enrollment if no module content has been accessed.
- No return is offered once any lesson is accessed or certificates have been issued.
5. Physical Products
We offer printed guides and workbooks.
5.1 Return and Refund
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Refunds will be credited within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
6. Refund Procedures
All eligible returns will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary by provider, but will be completed within 30 days of approval.
7. No-Return Services
Certain bespoke or on-demand offerings are explicitly non-returnable once access or preparation has commenced, due to the tailored nature of these services.
